Career Development WorkbookAll new members will receive a Career Development workbook they can complete and return to us. The workbook will ask questions about your background, topics, fees, how you currently market yourself, etc. It will also look at where you are and where you want to go. It will ask about current plans you have to reach your goals. It is an opportunity to provide us with in-depth information that will allow us to assist you better. Once you complete the workbook, you will return it to us with all your marketing materials such as one sheets, brochures, press kits, videos, books you’ve written, etc. When all the materials are received, one of our Senior Marketing Directors will review the materials and the workbook. We will then share this information with all of our agents so that they will know the best way to market you. |
